About this program
Write, shoot and edit your very own short film in just five days at Sydney Film School. Students learn how to develop a screenplay and plan a film, then shoot it themselves with real cameras and equipment and cut it together using professional editing software. At the end of the week the finished film is watched on the big screen in the school's Screening Room. The course is for students who are passionate about film, television and online media, and for young filmmakers who want to try a variety of roles on set. It is suitable for complete beginners, and no previous experience is required.
