Kids At The Con Music Classes

The Kids at the Con school holiday workshops are designed to provide an ideal nurturing environment for young children to take their first steps into the world of music.

Our school holiday workshops are the perfect opportunity to see what our weekly program is like!

Students only need to attend one session, as material will be repeated in alternate sessions.

• 3-4 and 4-5 year old classes are 50-minutes in duration
• 5-6 year old classes are 3 hours in duration
• 6-10 year old classes are 5 hours in duration
• No prior experience necessary.

The Kids at the Con program is grounded on the Orff-Schulwerk approach, as well as the Dalcroze, and Kodaly methods to ensure every child can express their inner musician. Combining activities such as singing, imitation, playing percussion instruments, improvisation, story-telling, and guided listening, Kids at the Con classes encourage each child's inner creativity.
