Gumnut Gardens Sport Program

Gumnut Gardens Sport Program is a multi-sport and exercise program for toddlers and preschool-aged children, designed by a physiotherapist and occupational therapist and delivered by qualified sports coaches.

Each weekly session runs for 30 minutes, held at the child's preschool or early learning centre. Classes build sportsmanship, school readiness and gross and fine motor development while introducing the basics of a range of sports.

Across each term, children explore five different sports, spending two weeks on each to build confidence and skill. Sports include:
