Learn Athletics

Designed for athletes in the 6s–8s age groups who are new to athletics or looking to build their fundamental movement and athletics skills.

Sessions introduce athletes to a variety of running, jumping and throwing activities through fun, age-appropriate games and activities. The focus is on developing coordination, confidence and basic athletics techniques in a positive and supportive environment.

Price is the PCA season registration fee ($158 for 6s, $188 for 7s–8s), which includes weekly training. Family discounts apply for multiple athletes.
