Aussie Hoops Basketball Program

Aussie Hoops is Basketball Australia's official introductory program, giving children a first experience of basketball and a pathway into the game. Sessions mix skills and games suited to each age group's physical and mental stage.

The program is staged so that, as children progress through it, the activities and games grow more competitive, preparing participants to move on into local club competitions. Alongside the basketball itself, it aims to build social connection and inclusion within the group.

It suits beginners and children who are still learning to play.
