About this program
The CYCA Youth Sailing Academy School Holiday Course is an introduction to keelboat sailing for sailors aged 13–18, run at the Cruising Yacht Club of Australia at Darling Point on Sydney Harbour. Each four-day course uses the Academy's Elliott 7m keelboats, crewed by five sailors with an on-board instructor. No experience is required, from complete beginners to those with some dinghy or keelboat experience. Lessons run 9am to 4pm each day. Sailors who aren't already a member of a sailing club must hold a valid SailPass, which is free from the CYCA. CYCA Full Members get 10% off the course fee.
