About this program
Weekly tennis coaching for children, run by coaches qualified through Tennis Australia. Sessions aim to build physical skills, introduce new techniques, boost confidence and develop teamwork, while introducing tennis as a sport for life.
The program uses smaller courts, lighter racquets and low compression balls that bounce less and move slower, so children can progress through key skills at a pace suited to their age and level.
- Blue: ages 4-6
- Red: ages 5-8
- Orange: ages 7-10
- Green: ages 9-12
Children take part at their own level, staying active throughout the session.
