Boys Only Kindy Gym Gymnastics

A gymnastics class for pre-schoolers without parent involvement, designed to build independence, confidence and the ability to follow instruction through a consistent class structure.

Children learn fundamental gymnastics shapes and movement patterns taught in a playful way, giving them a positive experience and a solid base for further gymnastics skills.

The class uses different surfaces and apparatus including floor, bars, beam, trampoline, parallel bars, wall bars and ropes, offering sensory stimulation alongside the development of strength, balance, flexibility and co-ordination.

Classes are run at a coach ratio of 1:6.
