A day in the life at ASC holiday soccer camp, Sydney includes a Warm-Up & Stretches, a Defensive Skills Session, a Morning Break, a Technique & Strategy Session, Lunch Break, an Attacking Skills Session, Afternoon Break, a Video Record & Analysis Session, and a Cool Down.

All children between the ages of 5 and 14 can attend our Sydney holiday soccer camps, suitable for complete beginners through to experienced players. Soccer camps run for three days, with six hours of coaching and care per day, throughout the school holidays. Groups are kept small (7-13 participants, maximum 14) so coaches can provide personalised training, with pre-assigned groups according to age, ability and friendship.
