Basketball Holiday Camp for All Skill Levels

A holiday camp for basketball players of all skill levels, run in small groups on the court with experienced coaches and occasional guest sports stars. Children work on fundamentals or more technical skills alongside other basketball enthusiasts, with groups of around 7 to 14 players depending on age and ability.

Each day follows a similar structure:

• Warm-up and stretches
• Defensive skills session covering positioning, footwork and anticipation
• Morning break
• Technique and strategy session on communication, passing, rebounding and dribbling
• Lunch break
• Attacking skills session on breaking down a defence and shooting
• Afternoon break
• Video recording and analysis session for game reflection
• Cool down
