It's a dog's life

We’ll explore the Art Gallery to discover artworks featuring dogs, looking closely at their colours, shapes and personalities.

Taking inspiration from the artworks on display, we’ll then create a clay sculpture of a dog.

It might be your own pet, a hound from one of the artworks or a fluffy canine from your imagination.

Learn simple techniques to shape, mould and add details to your sculpture, bringing your animal to life and capturing its unique character.

Please bring a small box to transport your sculpture home.

The classes are guided by professional artist educators.
