About this program
A hands-on flatbread-making workshop run by Dayaa School & Kitchen, rooted in reviving ancestral recipes. Participants learn the traditional art of making saaj flatbread, including kneading, shaping and baking it the traditional way.
The workshop draws its inspiration from what is believed to be Sydney's oldest olive tree.
